Hello!

Including images/graphics CAN be done with SGML (at least with the kdedoc and
the pgdoc-DTD). Appart from that, HTML is a bitch if you want to write
consistent documentation. Even if you can (with much effort) make an
indexing/numbering-script/program/whatsoever. HTML is not really generic markup,
has really problems with compatibility (ever used lynx on MicroScrap's site?).

for KDE-Documentations and more details about the advantages of SGML
