Dear Developers,

I would like to encourage you to upload all kde related files to
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/Incoming.

In order to circumvent the anonymous users limitation you have to tell me
the name of the uploading host. I will then put this host in a special
priviledged class.
