Stephan, I'm working on chapter seven of the Users guide which pertains
to the Control Center. In the process of figuring out what each item
does, I came across a few bugs.

+Desktop
	Background
Bugs: Selecting from color to color of wallpaper causes Background box
to close. Basically just moving the mouse around will do it.

Second time Background color is changed, it doesn't change.

	Colors
Bugs: Same as background, but closes when moving mouse outside of
	palette.

Selecting a different custom color box (say the second one) and saving
new color there results in custom color being displayed (good), but not
shown
the next time color box is opened (bad).

	Language
	Bug:
Changing language to Czech caused subsequent commands to be ignored and
KDE would not restart!! Restoring .kderc back to:

	# KDE Config File
	[Locale]
	Language=C:C:C

	fixed the problem.

	Screensaver
Bug: Requires password even though it is de-selected.

+Information
	Memory
	Processor
Shows memory (used & free) and processor type (shows mine as a 486 -
it's a Cyrix 586)

+Input Devices
	Keyboard
	Bugs:
Key click volume and repeat doesn't get saved for the next session!
Can't hear keyclick at any volume.

 	Mouse
Bug: New mouse settings won't get saved.

+Network
	Samba Status
Bug?: Shows debug information below text window.

Other bugs: (these have nothing to do with the Control Center, but since
I came across them while learning the Control Center, I thought I'd
include them)

Once the file manager is opened (in super user mode), no other
applications
will open.

Editor doesn't always keep the text current on the screen! Scrolling
up/down
will fix the problem. Why doesn't CTRL-left/right move to the next word?

All of these bugs appeared to me while I was in root (the only way to
fly...).

If you are already aware of these bugs, please accept my apologies. I
realize that the last thing you want to hear about is bugs. The only
thing worse is the same bugs repeated. :)
