Since the kmenubar path that highlighted the "ShadePanel" when the mouse
was over it was accepted, here's a patch that does a similar
thing with ktoolbar. Unfortunately, since there's not one big eventfilter
like on the menubar, this was a little bit uglier, but overall I think it
looks nice[r].
