Subject:    kdelibs-971121 is a little broken

As the subject says, the lastest kdelibs (971121) has a small problem
in KApplication::kdedir(). It starts returning wildly incorrect values after
a couple of calls.  I found the replacing the function body with the one 
from the previous day (971120) made things work well again.

Also, the following line in configure.in is suspect:

AC_DEFINE_PATH(KDE_MIMEDIR, $kde_minidir)
