Hi,

I just uploaded newtolbar-0.3 and floatingKFM.gif to Incoming/ and
kfm-devel-place.

New toolbar now works with *ALL* kde applications. Signals are emited
on closing by WM.
I included KFloater, KLined, KTopLevelWidget, and KToolBar in kdeui,
recompiled it as shared lib, recompiled all apps and all apps work with
floating. It looks great, no changes are needed to apps if they do not
want to use new features. New toolbar warns that insertItem is obsolete
and calls insertButton.

Here is how apps behave with new toolbar in libkdeui.so:

kfm2:   Works (Floats & REsizes ok) fine. Floating toolbar remains
              floating when KFM window is closed with WM button. No
              problems with Quit.

karm:   Floats&resizes ok. Exit / WM close button generates QT ASSERT
message
              when toolbar is left floating.

kedit:  Floats&Resizes ok.

kfax:   Floats&Resizes fine.

kjots:  Floats & Resizes ok.  QT ASSERT message when quting with
            floating toolbar. Kjots remembers position of toolbar even
            when it floats on next run.

kpaint:  Both float & resize ok. WM-close button deletes window
              but doesn't quit application. Ctrl-c is ok. File ->Quit
              is ok.

khexedit: Floats & Resizes ok.

kreversi: has moving disabled (and misses pixmaps)

kview: Both toolbars float fine.

kdehelp: Floats&resizes ok. ASSERT on WM-close or File->exit, when
                 toolbar is left floating.

kghostview: Floats & Resizes fine.

Other aps that do not use ktoolbar run fine.
