It didn't actually fix itself: Hannah solved a broken MinGW lua install, 
which fixed the Kasts CD build.

NB: Kasts has the MinGW job activated in preparation for switching the 
audio/video backend to MPV, which is only available on MinGW. See branch 
'work/mpv-backend'.
At the moment that branch is merged, the regular MSVC CI job will (have 
to) be deactivated.
