- Push the test coverage in plasma-desktop and plasma-workspace to above 
20%. Current: 19%/18%

- Refactor the clipboard backend to use SQLite

- Accessibility widget and refactored Accessibility KCM

- Port the powermanagement dataengine

- Time-based dynamic wallpapers
