Going to assume this is just poor propagation of API changes within PIM.
I have triggered the seed jobs for PIM for all platforms, across both
master and stable to cleanup the breakage.

Possibly caused by different versions of the Android SDK/NDK - do we need
to rebuild everything due to BIC in Android?
The Android images have been rebuilt in the past week which may have caused
this.

Looks like it depends on Qt5Compat but misses the dependency that was
previously dragged in transitively.
