Cantor's unit tests should be fine now but the flatpak build is failing. Doesn't seem to be related to any recent code changes in Cantor though:

Can somebody who is more familiar with ECM and with the flatpack build please check this error?

The Flatpak build builds the master branch of analitza, which since recently requires Qt6. I'd recommend changing the Flatpak manifest to build the stable branch instead.
