find it again. Please do not take the list out of the CC:, and take this 
discussion private. That's not how an open community works, and it's also not 
how my inbox and time scale.

I'm not privvy with details, but I'd assume it's part of the locale, and you 
can have different locales installed and not installed. It makes sense to keep 
the data in one place for that reason.
