Enabled by default means it's not disabled, but it has nothing to do with the 
systemtray. As far as I know, you can't "automatically" add it to the 
systemtray, the user has to do that.

The enabledbydefault key is used when listing plugins, if it's not enabled, 
the plugin won't even be shown.
