Hi,

currently on the "Mouse -- System Settings" dialog an option for
"Constant deceleration" is missing. See this screenshot:

Currently I can help myself by issuing

$ xinput --set-prop 14 'Device Accel Constant Deceleration' 3

on KDE startup but a GUI option would be nicer especially for new users.

Is the deceleration setting maybe hidden somewhere else? Would you
accept a patch that would add this setting to the Mouse dialog?
