It was simple, I could reproduce it and  fix it.

But I don't know how to report a patch so I'm attaching you the appended cpp

file.replace the /mediaelements/playlistDelegate.qml with this file and run the API.

what I did was,I added the code line

playlistModel.moveItem(posStartX,posEndX)

at the end of line 110.

PS: please tell me how to report this patch
