Hi,

I want to replace these:
KGlobal::locale()->positiveSign() and negativeSign()

Currently i'm using KLocale::global()->positiveSign() and negativeSign().
I found QLocale::system() in Qt5, but i'm not sure if i should use it to
replace KGlobale::locale() in my case.
