The setup looks correct.

if you chown heena:users /opt/kf5 you don't need sudo here, makes it safer
that a development build can't install anything into your system, and you'll
be able to clean it more thoroughly afterwards.

For me, these things build, so let's see if you're running into issues with an
unclean environment. In order to make sure it's really clean, and that you
have the latest version of everything, do the following:
* clean up your Qt source dir as described on \
http://qt-project.org/wiki/Building_Qt_5_from_Git#0647f0776aed243f58bfec4dd81de863
* update as described on that page
* build Qt as described on http://community.kde.org/Frameworks/Building#Qt_5
* delete your install directory (/opt/kf5) and create an empty one
* empty your build directory entirely
* install everything module by module
This helps to rule out common problems, which can slip in, and problems with
renamed and stale files.
