I have both qmake and qmake-qt4 inside /usr/bin, yes it's inside $PATH.
My $PATH content:
/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/opt/android-s=
dk/tools:/usr/bin/vendor_perl:/usr/bin/core_perl:/usr/lib/qt4/bin

No problem with other kde packages.

Removing FindQt4.cmake solved the problem.

Thanks
