Good morning, I've been using QCA on windows as of late and have made
some progress updating the cmake build system.

My changes add the following:
1. Support for building QCA static when QT is built static. Loading
the static plugins for the unit tests and examples etc. The default
build system for qca can already build static on linux and MacOS.
2. Support for Debug builds on windows. The old cmake rules always
linked the plugins against the release qca and qt, which doesn't work
on windows. The STL iterators have a different size in debug vs
release. The compiler catches that and throws an error at link time.
3. Support for Windows 7 x64

Anyway, it looks like their was some discussion regarding building QCA
with cmake before so if the work would be helpful to anyone else I'd
like to find out what I need to get it reviewed etc. Can someone
point me in the right direction?

Thanks
-Atif
