For that purpose it might be helpful to have users select a component for the \
Brainstorm (like tagging it) or autodetect it by some striking keywords (with the \
ability to alter it by board staff) and send a mail to the related list, so that devs \
actually get aware that

   "There's a new brainstorm which says 'KDE Window manager should be able to cook \
coffee'"

and maybe detect if a topic is really hot and then send another message
 
   "56469842 users support that 'KDE Window manager should be able to cook coffee'"

Crowdsourcing. You'll get about one great idea for a thousand dumb ones.
The trick is to notice it.
