Unfortunately not. Have tried:

  cmake-options -DJCONFIG_H=/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/jconfig.h

in both the kdegraphics set and gobla module. Its not being passed through to 
the cmake command for gwenview.

A bug in kdesrc-build with build sets maybe?
