It's been awhile since I had to add this, but try

cmake-options "-DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_DEBUG=-g3 -O0" instead.

Someday I'll make the option parsing support double-quotes after the equals 
sign as well, but this is the only thing that works at this point.
