aside from Albert's comments (which i also agree with: documentation++, should 
be sent to k-c-d, etc :) ... where are you proposing to move this library to?

it has a KDE UI dependency, so it can't go into kdesupport, and it seems a 
little un-generic to go into kdelibs.
