it already *is* that way as far as the locker is concerned.

the thing which is not guaranteed is whether the actual screensaver has
started up, as that is entirely asynchronous and we get no feedback for
that (i don't know if we even could get that from the xscreensaver
hacks) - so you may get to see a screenshot upon resuming.

of course we could extend lockprocess insofar that it would always
initially blank the screen if the saver has no ManipulateScreen
attribute - before the saver would do it at some unknown point in time.
