Hi fellow hackers,

QML quick is THE fashionable thing to do, but I don't, or more I
can't. I am trying to get the very basics rolling:

I am on kubuntu using the qt4.7 packages from the experimental ppa.

I nicely included QtDeclarative/QDeclarativeEngine and
QtDeclarative/QDeclarativeComponent and wanted to create a simple
engine and component with an item to put into my layout just like I've
seen on the Qt help pages (1). I also looked at the code of the plasma
mobile shell.

The problem is I get undefined references to
QDeclarativeEngine::QDeclarativeEngine(QObject*) and all the other
declarative classes.
When simply doing a checkout of the plasma mobile code, I get the same errors.

Like i saw in the plasma mobile code I included
QT_QTDECLARATIVE_LIBRARY in the CMakeLists.txt.

Since I am rather new to all this coding business I thought I'll shout
out to my fellow hackers. I hope someone can help me.

Cheers

Christophe aka binarylooks
