You don't seem to have the KDE3 support libs installed. libsmokektexteditor is 
part of the Ruby and C# bindings for KTextEditor. Maybe it links without the 
kde3support libs. Try removing the appropiate line from the cmake file in 
smoke/ktexteditor.
