In KDE on debian and with the phonon we have shipped with Qt rather 
than KDE it works fine. Though there will be naming changes due o 
incompatibillities when installing/using phonon headers on Mac OS X. 

But for this particular case you might want to :
	1. ask your Distro.
	2. Look that your CMakeLists.txt is having a line like 
		include_directory(${KDE_INCLUDES})
	   Which should prevent those falls claims from your distro
