The online documentation for "KWebWallet::saveFormDataRequested" 
(http://tinyurl.com/ycea7b3) is truncated at what appears to be a crucial 
point:

"This signal is emitted whenever a save form data request is received.

Unless you connect to this signal and and call acceptSaveFormDataRequest or 
rejectSaveFormDataRequest slots, the save request will never be acted upon.

key is a value that uniquely identifies the save request and url is the address 
for which the form data is being saved.

This signal will not be emitted if the"

Certainly the signal is not being emitted for me!
