Hi Jonathan,
yes I have a KDE svn account, but I'm not sure if this way to setup kdm is
correct or just a workaround !
If you, and some other experienced developer, can confirm me this is the
right way to accomplish that issue, I'll be glad to update the README file
=)

By the way, I forgot to mention to update the file
/etc/X11/default-display-manager in order to point to the new kdm
executable; otherwise it won't work
