Yes. From the topic of #qt-labs:

You're not using a release version of Qt. Since you're using the repository, 
you have to follow the repository rules, which are not documented. And using 
the repository without using developer mode is completely untested and 
uncharted territory. That's why you get those errors about headers not found.

PS: 4.6-stable-patched is now 4 weeks old. I see that 4.6-stable has finally 
updated after 4 weeks, so I'll update the patched version Wednesday (because 
something happens tomorrow).
