I had this same problem. I had to fetch qt myself and then let
kdesvn-build update it from then on. Basically, run './svn-build
--debug qt-copy' to find out exactly what commands need to be run. It
will be something like a 'git clone' followed by a 'git remote' (bear
in mind that for the git remote command you need to to cd into the
qt-copy directory). This worked for me.
