It's=20 really when I want to ask specific questions about the techbase setup, beca= use=20 userbase uses the same skin, apparently. There are some things I need to=20 understand that are not really of interest to the rest of the people readin= g=20 generally. One way or another I'll find what I need, but sometimes asking = a=20 specific question could save a lot of time and the possibility of a mistake.
