The kdebluetooth project has been unmaintained for months, and so 
kmobiletools. The new homepage of kbluetooth ATM is a techbase page:
http://techbase.kde.org/Kbluetooth

I'll work on kbluetooth "marketing" when we release the final 0.4 version.
