"aspell dump config" says that the default location is your home 
directory, and the default name is .aspell.<lang>.pws, as Thomas suggested.
Though "aspell dump personal" tries (unsuccessfully) to open 
/home/aoszkar/.aspell.en_IE.per on my machine.
