I have built a KDE application that has a toolbar which contains
KAction items loaded with KToolBar::addAction(KAction *);

I would this application to honer system preferences for displaying
the icon and/or text, but it always displays the text to the right of
the icon. How can I make it respond to the system settings.  I am
using KApplication, KMainWindow, and KActions.

Any help appreciated.
