Hi,
I was getting the same error once. Are you sure that polkit-qt is getting
installed with kdesupport?
To build polkit-qt from kdesupport one needs to have
 polkit , polkit-dbus , polkit-grant,  all >=0.8 to be installed.

If these three are not installed, then kdesupport builds fine without
polkit-qt, which was my problem(polkit-qt from kdesupport was not getting
installed).
After installing these , it went fine for me.
