what's an "advancopier" ? The website doesn't give me a precise idea
of what it's doing...

The first step is probably that you get yourself a KDE SVN account,
move it to playground, and prepare it for kdereview.

You need people to have a clear idea of what it's doing so one may
decide which kde module it belongs to... or extragear.
