Off the top of my head:

- Code refactoring
- Class Views and  project information
- Code Management Tools
- Code completion - yes QtCreator has it, but I find NetBeans more 
comprehensive. However KDevelop is even better.
- Wealth of control over the project
- Source Control Integration
- Extensive plugin support
