Hello.

First of all my system:

gaelic@localhost ~ $ konqueror -v
Qt: 4.5.1
KDE: 4.2.91 (KDE 4.2.91 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090609))
Konqueror: 4.2.91 (KDE 4.2.91 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090609))

Problem:

When scrolling there are weird artifacts in the page (Horizontal black
lines), especially when scrolling up (back).

Additionally, there are sometimes artifacts (graphic mess) in the
titlebar and menubar of the application (konqueror and kate).
Sometimes it also occurs in the main window of the application.
I think the screenshot speaks for its own ... (at:
http://sites.google.com/a/luchmhor.net/pics/ )
Maybe its a known problem, maybe its the combination of libs and kde?
