When you're away for a few days, you might get tens of notifications when you come back that stack up on top of each other and fill the right part of the screen... The problem is that after a certain number of stacked notifications, the "ignore" does not seem to work anymore and we have to logout/login of our KDE session... What would be great would be either : * a way to group incoming message notifications so that one plasma notification = N incoming Kopete messages per jabber contact (in that case the hudson bot) so that one could read them all or ignore them all in one click * a command line way to "kill" all unread plasma notifications What do you think ? If it's not possible or not planned, we could also configure openfire to not send missed messages when a user comes back online but there does not seem to be a way to do that for the hudson bot only so that would have to global and thus subpar. Many thanks, -- Romain. --001636c5a435bad36c046c5f451a Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi,

I'd like to know if there is something planned to address t= he following use case :
We have set up our Hudson continuous builds ser= ver to send jabber notifications when the builds of our projects is broken = , or the test suite fails.

When you're away for a few days, you might get tens of notification= s when you come back that stack up on top of each other and fill the right = part of the screen...
The problem is that after a certain number of stac= ked notifications, the "ignore" does not seem to work anymore and= we have to logout/login of our KDE session...

What would be great would be either :
* a way to group incoming mes= sage notifications so that one plasma notification =3D N incoming Kopete me= ssages per jabber contact (in that case the hudson bot) so that one could r= ead them all or ignore them all in one click
* a command line way to "kill" all unread plasma notifications
What do you think ?

If it's not possible or not planned, w= e could also configure openfire to not send missed messages when a user com= es back online but there does not seem to be a way to do that for the hudso= n bot only so that would have to global and thus subpar.

Many thanks,
