I refer to the order of buttons as in dialogs. Qt provides a means to request 
the order based on the used environment.

technically there is no max. length to a comment. I would need more details on 
the bug to understand it.
I personally dislike the idea of a word counter. IMHO on the desktop there 
should not be such a thing.

But there is also http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160160 and more 
importantly http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=173147.

Maybe that would be a good starting point?
