What you probably want is kdesvn-build, but it looks like you're trying to 
create a mirror of KDE's full SVN tree, including its history. That's a bit of 
overkill, although it'll get you your code eventually (probably around 
revision 950000, expect that to happen in four days.

Don't do that though. :)

There are not strict rules, just smart things to do. KDE is running a large 
number of websites, many of them are badly maintained or not maintained at 
all. Check carefully if you can't manage the content you want to offer through 
userbase and techbase. Otherwise, websites can be hosted and edited through 
KDE's SVN or (preferably) a Drupal installation. In this case, contact 
sysadmin (for example toma ;)) to guide you.
