This is bug 174806 - http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=174806

There are some preliminar patches in the bug comments, and it is being
discussed in the kde-buildsystem mailing list as well. Michael
Wittens, the author of the last two patches in the comments, is
working on a better version of them.
