:) not all Universites have qualified Sysadmins. They only know how to
restrict but they couldn't even overcame any little network problems
when it occurs.
I have written about 5 diffrent mails and try to explain them but i'm
not sure that they understand the importance of SVN system :D

But i think it is not only about my university sysadmins, because i
have some other friends from diffrent universites have similar
problems. Thus it will be much better if KDE sysadmin may serve svn
system on a common port like 80 :)
