You can checkout with the link I suggested (assuming I remebered it
correctly) just like using anonsvn. Something like "svn co
https://websvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdelibs" (or it might need
the port in there too). And also, just like anonsvn, it is not
possible to commit to the svn repository. When you get a KDE svn
account (which is necessary before you can commit), you will have the
option of using a https url to access the read-write svn repo.
