Sorry, I found response to my own question about kjs browsing web: 
http://xmelegance.org/kjsembed/
But it's seem outdated( Dcop still used...)

And for the moment no idea how to send an email with kjsembed( Akonadi ? will 
be the framework ok in KDE 4.2 ?).
