Extract archive options are also present in my Dolphin, with Ark installed, 
like what Peter said. This is on 4.2 (but compiled from source). So things may 
vary in different distros, but I doubt that.

And if I'm guessing right, KArchiver isn't even ported to KDE 4 yet, which 
makees it even less likely to work with Dolphin.
