The context menu in (4.2) dolphin has an impressive list of options, but I was 
surprised to see various archiving options, but no 'extract'.  Is this yet to 
come, or is there some problem?

Linux Format this month suggests a desktop file using karchiver to give 
instant access to extraction.  Is there any reason why this could not be done 
using ark?  Just wondering - and thinking of experimenting with that this 
weekend :-)
