a) you'll likely get a "wrong list" comment (ok, just got ;-)
b) konqueror renders the page fine here (aside that i can't really read this) 
what brings us to the "what version do you use" question (i'm on trunk, aka 
4.2)
c) this does not look like mathml, so it's likely just a font problem:
either set a font with a complete set as rendering font or run qtconfig and 
make use of the font substitution feature (choose the font you use for 
rendering and then add fonts to substitute from. dejavu and arial (if you've 
got windows fonts) should be good candidates)
