No, what he means is that there's still lots of time left to fix Qt4.5 to
work with KDE 4.2 as its not released yet. And IMHO this implies that
distro's should ship Qt4.5 packages until its at least RC at which point
most of the problems with KDE 4.2 should be fixed.
