Hi,

kdelibs 3.5.9 isn't really supported on non X11 system. I suggest you try 
kdelibs 4.x with Qt4. But if you can't, you can try to look what was done for 
the embedded konqueror to make kdelibs (or some part of it) build on 
framebuffer devices.
